Wellness Training with Tammy de Laforest
Tammy uses a combination of Yoga, Boxing and Muay Thai to develop unique wellness experiences for those she works with. Fusing soft restorative Yoga with the strong powerful combination of Boxing and Muay Thai results in unique programs which can be tailored specifically to each individual or group. Do you ever have a day where you wish that you could press a 'reset' button? Do you have days when you want to release stress and celebrate your strength and power? Tammy's passion for encouraging the growth of each individual as well as providing space to decompress makes each training session fun empowering and rejuvenating. The cool side benefit of this kind of training is that you will become more confident, physically stronger and more fit at the same time!
Tammy operates out of her ‘home base’ SIAM Muay Thai & kickboxing as well as throughout the city in scheduled classes, private sessions and events.
Yoga
Connect Mind, Body and Spirit.
Creating a space where you can refresh and rest your busy mind and understand your own body's needs is the goal in a yoga session with Tammy. Tammy de Laforest is a 200hr RYT who will help you simultaneously find peace and stretch to your limits in a gentle, supportive way.
Boxing

Muay Thai
Tammy discovered her love for this sport when cross training and considering retiring from Boxing. Referred to as the science of eight limbs, Muay Thai originated in Thailand hundreds of years ago. Different from western kickboxing, Muay Thai allows you to use all parts of your body (fists, elbows, knees and legs). Muay Thai is a fantastic fun way to get in fantastic shape, feel strong and to learn to use your whole body as a weapon.

Private Training
For You or you and a friend. A great way to focus on your goals and develop your strengths.
Group Training
For groups of 3 or more for a one time session or a series of sessions using all or either Yoga, Muay Thai and Boxing. If you're interested in a group class for your organization, group, team, high school or business, we teach private group classes at our gym and onsite in some cases. Team Training
Cross training for your team using either Boxing and Muay Thai for conditioning strength and hand eye coordination and speed and or Yoga for recovery, flexibility balance and strength.
